Lozells Methodist Church has a long history of delivering youth work, and today this still continues. Currently the Lozells Methodist Church works in partnership with a national Youth Organisation called Worth Unlimited. The project is locally based, and managed by a group of people from the church congregation and the local community. The aim of the project is ‘To enable young people in Lozells to value themselves and others in their communities.’ Over the past 4 years we have delivered a range of short term arts based projects that have equipped young people with new skills and helped them to address issues that affect their lives. We are keen to work in partnership with other organisations with both Beat and Sister Tree.

At the moment we run a dance group and a girl’s group and are developing links with The Feast, an organisation that encourages young people of both the Christian and Muslim tradition to discuss their religions with the aim of promoting peace and cohesion.
