Bangladeshi Youth Forum

Voice of the new generation

Bangladeshi Youth Forum was first established in 1994 in order to provide and develop clear, effective and formal means of participation by Bangladeshi Youth and voluntary groups in the city of Birmingham. Liasing with Local Government, Statutory and other voluntary organisations aided BYF in seeking appropriate provisions of services, encourage self-help programmes enabling the youth to be articulate and work towards eradication of deprivation and disadvantages.

Besides the formalities of the forum, BYF is a fun and vibrant place to be where there are regular activities and courses available for the community to get involved with. The team at BYF bring a wealth of knowledge about the people, culture, traditional values and society that BYF serves. To sum it all up, BYF is the ‘voice of the new generation’.
