On Tuesday, the 4th of October 2016, we held yet another ‘McMillan Coffee Morning’. We raised £227 to support more research and support to fight cancer. We are very grateful for the help by Carol, who did all the organising, and also to Sandra & Leona. All the ladies who donated lots of cakes and food for sale and, for the raffle. Lot’s of conversation and reflections were going on about cancer, loved ones lost, people’s fighting spirit, new methods of treatment etc. And special thanks to the taxi driver from Blueline taxis, who helped to deliver some cakes, free of charge!
